Global trade fair organiser Messe Frankfurt is partnering for the first time with the Electric Lamps & Components Manufacturers’ Association of India (ELCOMA) for the 2012 edition of Light India which will be held 5 – 8 October 2012 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, India.
